Bon Ordre is a renovation that was carried out in the heart of Valencia.
Originally a very compartmentalised home, it has now been transformed into a unique, spacious, and open-plan refuge capable of reflecting its residents’ essence while following current design trends.
A home with personality and character.
The property has an open plan of living, dining, and kitchen area that enjoys great luminosity thanks to the large windows overlooking the exterior. It also has two double bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a gallery, and an en-suite bedroom with a large dressing room, which is connected to the main bathroom.
The premise was clear from the beginning: rigid edges and straight lines had no place in this new home.
So curved, organic lines flow gently through every corner of the house.
The walls soften their angles, adopting gentler shapes, as if nature had sculpted the space. The curve is present not only in the walls and ceilings but also in the shape of the custom-designed furniture and wardrobes.
Curves are not the only defining element.
The project also focuses on the use of natural materials. With its characteristic warmth, Iroko wood takes centre stage in the dressing room wardrobes, the bedroom suite, and the kitchen, which is open to the living-dining room space.
Natural green quartzite stone dresses the kitchen island.
This pattern of veined quartz is repeated in different rooms of the home and in furniture pieces, generating chromatic and visual cohesion. In this way, the stone appears again in both bathrooms and on the sideboard of the day area.
